Default LXS454 - Codes -P0068, P0101, P1101. Wiring, Tune or Sensors?

Ok Guys.. Ive been pulling my hair out trying to figure out these issues..

Some backround..
67 camaro
lsx454 gm crate motor
Nick williams 102 (DBW)
Fast 102 Intake
PSI Wiring harness
E38 ECU (07 Vette)
All stock sensors

Got the car tuned and broke in on a dyno by a shop..No issues at that time. Everything is brand new including sensors.. Put 200 miles on the car and was running pretty good with the exception of every now and then the idle would drop low and seems like it was stumbleing...but it would catch itself if I hit the gas and wouldnt stall. Under load it was fine though. Two weeks ago I was driving casually taking a turn and the light comes on and car went into limp mode. Pulled the code and it was P0068 MAP/MAF Throttle Position Correlation. Cleared it and though it may have been a intake leak. Pulled the intake and epoxied shut two holes in the rear of the intake. (had rubber boots on them previously). Cleaned everything and put back together with the proper tourque. Took the car out last night and it was stumbleing still. I drove it maybe 3 miles total. On the way home it throws the light and goes into limp mode again. I shut it down and started it back up and drive it home to pull the codes... come up with P0068 again, P1101 (Mass Air Flow Sensor out of Self-Test Range), and P0101 (correlation difference between the filtered SD airflow calculation and the filtered MAF reading).

Now I did have arouther tuning issue before and the tuner changed the perameters in the ecu so I should not have the issue again...

This code has not been on since..

Im at a loss and before I start pointing fingers and buying things I dont need Id like to hear what you guys think about all of this..

Here is some picture of the wiring on the Map and Maf... I did read online that the orange and green wires should be switched for the map...but also read that it is correct..so I dont know which is correct.. The maf does look correct though..

Thanks.

Without looking at the tune and data log it's kinda hard to tell anything but the P0068 should be disabled, and it will not go into limp mode because of that. Also, the 102mm throttle bodies take some tuning to get them to run decent and return to idle decently, repeatedly.

I guess moral of the story is it's probably all stuff that can be cured in the tune.
