need help with base tune, cant get car running to log!

need help with base tune, cant get car running to log! I just switched my 98 pcm to the 02 0411 version, I copy and pasted all the files that I could using efi live.
the car will run, barely, with the maf unplugged, but I must plug the maf in to start it. I got my pids together and loaded the autoVE tune to the car and now I cant get it started to data log.
if anyone could show me how to put my tune on here to show you guys I would appreciate it.

You repinned the PCM harness for the new PCM, correct?
And do you have your constants entered in the tune? New injector values, etc? I've never used the autotune, but I would assume it just tweaks your VE table?

it does tweak the ve table. I found my issues.
car was tuned on the 98 computer by vengeance, but they left b0104 cylinder volume stock (5.7l ls1) when I run a 6.2l ls3. I corrected b0104 but did not realize it had such an affect on ve.
I was able to play with it and get it running well enough to do auto ve. after finishing auto ve it now runs perfectly. maybe even better than my expensive tune.
