Default Stalling when put in gear

Specs in sig
My problem is when I shift into D or R it either stalls or come really close to it. It idles fine and idles in gear just fine. And have some cruise control effect, not nearly as bad before I closed hole in throttle body blade.
Mostly concerned with the stalling thing. Here is log I took today. I'm a newbie I know, don't want my hand held, just a little direction as where to look.

i will say this, my close friend has a 1999 camaro v8 5.7L, and his would idle really low and sometimes do what you describe. He spent a lot of time and effort to try and find the cause. Ended up being oxygen sensors (Front). I'll take a look at the log/tune when I get home.

That's part of the problem... granted, your cam isn't big or anything, but a tight stock converter makes it harder for you.

I know it's tight, but I have had it for 9yrs. Problem started when I closed hole previously drilled in butterfly. Was attempting to stop cruise control effect. Never had a good tune in it anyways. Just recently started taking interest in car again. Sitting in garage for 5+yrs lol

Before closing up the hole, did you work the throttle cracker table at all? That is the one to reduce the cruise control... Did you close the hole up totally?

hole completely closed... and you didn't adjust any throttle cracker tables or other associated tables... there lies your problem(s)

What I would do is go back to a hole like it originally had - then you reduce your throttle cracker table at the MPH where it cruise controlled. You really need the stock hole.

The tune needs a lot of work. Its about 98% stock with very little changed and some of what was changed is not good.

Yes I know. Trying to learn Hp tuners to make it correct. So might take me awhile...
Thanks all for the advice it helps

Might make it completely stock and go from there..... I stay pretty busy so will take me awhile. Thankfully it's not a dailey driver.

is your TB hole stock? if it is, why did you close it? If it is not stock, why did you modify it? What heavy mods do you have to warrant modifying the stock hole without first messing with the tables in the computer to slightly alter the TB characteristics?

had you drilled it out too big and needed it smaller? The TB hole is there for a reason

Well 9 yrs ago when I first put engine in car and had LS1Edit, drilling the hole larger for cam was the thing to do. I know now you don't have too. So recently when I had intake off to do the ls6 pcv thing, I closed hole. What size is stock hole ? And remember I did not know then about tables, like I said earlier I am just getting back into this and need to learn tuning. I do now have HPtuner. Thanks for the help, I really do appreciate it I'll get it fiqured out eventualy, everyone else has.....

Not sure what I did lol, changed most things back to stock. But car idles well in P?N and gear. Doesn't stall when going into D or R. Haven't had time to drive it yet, will tommorrow. Will check on (Cruise control ) problem then. If I got that licked I'll be happy. Going to have Frost dyno tune sometime this year. Want to wait till I change rear end to Ford 9". I know that really won't matter, but the 7.5 in it now is leaking and I don't trust it very much.
