Default Stops after 3 sec

Hello

I am currently started to tune my LS6.
LS6 346.
AFR210 Heads
Comp 228/230 112LSA cam
FAST 102
TB 102mm
Fast/Bosch 36lb injectors

It uses a Standalone harness. The whole setup is in a 67 Camaro.

I did some minor tweaks to the tune to get it to fire.
I added 4g/sec to the base running airflow.
Vats is removed.
Injectors changed.

I got it to fire and hold idle.
The first day i drove for about 15min, just to see that everything was working as it should. And it did. There is no vacum leaks or other mechanical failures.

However...
The next day i drove it to my dads shop. Everything worked fine. Some drivability issues but that was expected.
I stopped the car. Then i was supposed to drive it into the shop, it started but stopped after about 3 sec.
After hours of searching for errors tweaking the tune etc i could not get it to start and not stop.
The suddenly it started and ran fine again..

Can someone look into the tune and see whats wrong.
Attached is the last tune that actually ran.

I have tried to reduce the VE table below 1200RPM by 90%, 80% and 40%, did not seem to help. I am trying to keep it alive with throttle. Not helping.
Turned off/on closed loop in case the sensors are messing up. Not helping. increasing spark advance. Increasing startup initial airflow..

Form what i am seeing on the log the injectors are cutting fuel after about 3-4sec... Which led me towards a VATS issue, but i tried to enable and disable it again but no difference was noticed.


Using HpTuners.
For some reason i was not able to upload the CFG file..

Figured it out.
It was the Column lock.
Starts and runs now..
