Default Please Help_$450 a fair price for used HP Tuner Pro w/ No Credits?

I am looking for a used HP Tuner Pro and a wideband to learn how to tune my bolt-on LS1. Am currently working a trade with a local guy and he wants $450 in trade value for his used HP Tuner Pro (the USB cable one) with zero credits (says he bought it that way for $460 off a forum and has only used it to data log). From my research it seems that $300-350 would be a fairer price what do you guys think?

It's $650 brand new, and comes with 8 credits @ $50 each. So really, you're only paying $250 for the hardware and software. If you can scare up 3 of your buddies that will pay for the credits to delete their rear 02's and egr codes or recalibrate their speedometers, I'd say you'd be money ahead to buy new. Add in the savings of SD's hptuners/WB02 bundles, and it's sort of a no brainer.
