Default Tuners!!! I have 2-step questions

As a tuner, do you think 2 steps are hard on engines, or only when tuned poorly. I hear (not necessarily believe) a lot of stories about bent rods ect....after using them. They certainly make the motor sound like it is being tortured IMO.

Also, which one would you prefer on your personal vehicle and why?

Our race car has never made a pass without using the two step. You are not on a 2 step very long. Out of all the cars we have tuned and all the times at the track we have never seen anyone hurt a motor being on a 2 step in person. That doesnt mean no hasnt hurt a car before on a 2 step but I like to rely on first hand information or knowledge vs something read on a forum. 99% of the cars we see all have lingenfelter 2 steps on them.

Didn't we already cover this once? No way in hell can you bend a rod or anything else with a 2 step.
