Default VE Adjustments

I know this sounds like a newb question, but I have to ask. I HPT when adjusting the VE table, do I add or subtract values to lean it out. My car has had a street tune and runs pretty good but goes full rich on decel and has 10.6:1 on the WB at 16PSI boost going through the traps.

Unfortunately I haven't gotten the HPT Pro yet or figured out how to wire my WB into the PCM so my basic HPT can read it. I just need to lean it out some.

That table basically controls fuel based on airflow, so the more air the more fuel is given.

If you want to lean it out, you need to reduce the values of the VE table thus telling the computer there is less air coming in so it's going to be dumping less fuel.
