Default ECM/TCM fuse

Hello, my issue is under higher RPM with fast 1st-2nd gear shifts I keep blowing my ECM/TCM fuse. It started at the drag strip on my last of four runs and has continued. No codes, the car just shuts down and the speedo and tach "Freeze". I've went over wires top and bottom and nothing looks out of place. Any suggestions? Mods are in sig. 07 CTS-V

Sounds like your 1-2 shift solenoid has an internal short... measure the resistance across its terminals.

Thanks for the reply. I'm new to this so can you tell me exactly where to locate the shifter solenoid.

It is accessed by removing the transmission pan.
