Default P0140 caused by bad PCM?

car throwing p0140 p0161...mechanic told me p0140 is being thrown because I have a bad PCM? I know that p0161 is a bad O2...is this mechanic trying to pull a fast one on me

I have those codes too but because I have long tube headers and mine are disconnected. I would take it to another shop. Those codes are for post-cat sensors, left and right.

p0140, left
p0160, right

If your catalytic converters are bad that would trigger them also.

Any other codes?
