Default HP Tuners or dyno tune?

Have a 99 LM7 5.3 with:
862 heads, with Patriot Gold Extreme .660 springs
LS6 intake with 99+ LS1 injectors
LS2 timing chain
LS7 lifters w/ LS2 lifter trays
LS1 head gaskets
LS6 cam
LS1 oil pan

All of this is going in a 1998 Formula with a 6 speed. Not looking for strictly highest numbers. just looking for a good safe tune to have some fun on before turbo.

Not sure what the question is but you need hptuners/efilive or ls1edit or any other tuning software to get a dyno tune.. its not a hptuners or dyno tune question. You need hptuners to do a dyno tune. Unless you meant that you want to buy hpt and tune it yourself versus having someone dyno tuning it, then I suggest you have it dyno tuned.

Read, read, and read some more then tune it yourself. There's lots of great people on here that will help you out. I must admit, it can get nerve wrecking at times lol. Ask me how I know. I would start off with a "good" base tune and work off of that.
