Are the only options to upgrade to a later OS for the '98 F-bodies to use a re-pinned PCM or re-pinned harness from a '99-02 F-body? Are there any options of any value to trying to make an even later model PCM/harness work, such as something like an E38 PCM with a harness wired to use my sensors? Could I retain my drive by cable TB with a non-Fbody OS?

Re-pinning to a 99+ is your only option for the most part.

I'm not at all interested in re-pinning the harness myself. Are there sponsors that sell re-pinned harnesses? I found an online vendor, not a sponsor, which is selling:
