Default 1999 Camaro

Hello. I am trying to finish up my LS1 swap in my 65 Chevy II and I have two wires that I am not sure what to do with.
1. Red conn., #53, spark retard signal
2. Blue conn.,# 8, TPS 5v reference

What should I do with them? Thanks
