Laptop with Internet access safe to use with HP Tuners?
Is it safe to tune using HP Tuners on a Laptop I use for daily Internet access? Providing of coarse the computer had a firewall and anti virus software installed?
I'm looking to buy 1 laptop that fits all my uses. Running MasterCam software, Internet access and tuning via HP Tuners.
Any recommendation as to which Windows software will cope with HP the best?

yea Redtan I doubt it would. the only problem I've ever seen with a computer running an active program and internet access is causing a conflict is when a program is trying to auto upgrade (windows, outlook, real player, etc.). I see it on medical equipment, we have to turn off all the auto upgrades. It can cause a program to 'freeze' or crash. simple fix; reboot. I've never ran hp tuners so I just wrote a earlier post and told OP he can turn off internet access if that IS his concern.
