Question Issue with dyno numbers. Is it PCM related?

Car has 2800 vig stall, cut out, ported maf ends, hypertech and Pace Parts GM crate LS6 engine. Dyno'd car at MTI with 1200 miles on it stock when I bought it and it did 320hp and 32?tq.

The car is currently running low 12's with a 1.7 60ft @108-110mph

I went to the HPE grand opening this past Saturday and dyno'd the car on their Dynojet and made 325hp and 308tq. What is going on? Is it torque management or just needs to be tuned?

Since you've molested the MAF you certainly
ought to have it tuned. As to the +5HP, -12TQ,
there's fuel learning and environmental variation
that can account for that. Especially if the MAF
ends have gone and jacked your trims making
WOT over-rich. But there's also a fair bit of
dyno-dyno, model-model variation in the numbers
you will get.

The car didn't spit out any darkness out of the exhaust so who knows. I think that having a complete LS6 in that car it should be doing better.

what year model is the LS6??? if its an 01 those number might be right. 02's and up dyno higher, 01's are like 320-335 range, and the 02's and up are 335- 350 range.
