Default Planning heads/ cam build, what tuner do I need before I head to dyno?

Just jumped ship from the Ford camp, where SCT tuners are the standard. Once I assemble my heads/ cam / Fast setup, will the car even be driveable? Is the stock MAF sufficient? What tuning device will I need before I head to the dyno. I won't be tuning the car myself. Car in question is an 01 Z06.

If you are not tuning the car then you don't need to buy any software. The tuner will have it. If your cam is very big then it may be almost impossible to drive. Since it is a stick it may be doable. The stock maff flows 900 cfm which is more that sufficient.
