Car breaks up 1500-3500 rpm,

I changed spark plugs, wires, coils, map sensor.
And it stilll breaks up.

Really lean or rich can make one break up. A cracked plug will make them break up also. Did you drop any plugs or get the socket in a bind?

Possibly could be a lean condition. Do you have a wide band on it? Did the problem all the sudden just appear or has it always been like that?

Are you speed density or running a mass air meter.

Air fuel goes to about 9.0-9.5.

I drove the car to work fine but on the drive home it felt like no power at all/sluggish.

My buddy hooked up efi live n said the map sensor looked odd pulling more vac the my boost gauge. So i bought a new 2 bar from tick.
