Default 02 0411 PCM swap PO106

Hello all, I'm running into a rather haunting and embarrassing problem that I would love to have solved. On my 95 TA 383 LT4 I have done a LS1 PCM swap (probably the best & worst mod I've done to the car) and the car constantly keeps throwing a PO106 code and idles rather sporadically. The car at 0% throttle will idle up to 2400 rpms and stay until it decides to idle back down. I have found zero vacuum leaks and am being led to believe that it is due to the MAP values at idle causing it to do this. I have heard of a table that can be adjusted in HP Tuners but have not found this table myself. Then again going down the road at 55-60 it is like I have the cruise control on so its not just at idle. I am absolutely tuning illiterate so please bare with me. Any help is as always, greatly appreciated! Thanks
