I put a pair of long tube tsp headers on my ws6 and was wondering if i have the egr/air deleted will i b able to pass emissions? Also i just purchased the diablo pred tuner any opinions ? A friend of mine talked me into it instead of spending the money on a hp or sct tune.

No you wont pass emissions due to a set DTC and missing parts for the visual. However, like every place else theres always some garage in the hood somewhere that will usually look the other way.
Tell your friend thanks for making you waste your money if you can return it do so and get a custom tune after all your mods have been done.

Lol I fig I should go with a dyno tune as far as visual I have a buddy that runs a shop that has a emission station. More worried about just passing than visual

Yeah. Sell that handheld. They're only good on stockish cars. I have a diablo tune on my car only because I got a smoking deal on it and it's totally stock. On a bolt on car like yours a dyno tune is way better.

How do you block off something that isn't there?

my car was built feb 01 and I have something going from one side to the other on my manifolds . the tsp headers I have does not have a spot for anything I don't know how to upload pictures or I would show you. maybe some have them and some don't ?

Those are the AIR tubes, not EGR. Again, there is no EGR on LS1s starting in 01. Only 98-00 F-body LS1s had EGR. All 97-04 LS1s had AIR. (Air Injection Reactor) Id you delete the AIR system, you will probably set some AIR codes. Tuning can permanently turn them off.
