Question How accurate is the LS1 Scanmaster?

I was just wondering how accurate most of the readings are from this. I have one and when I dynoed my car it was really lean so I bought a MAFT to hlep richin it up some. I know I can use this to check the LTFT's but is it accurate enough to go by and then adjust them to negative at cruising speeds and to 0 at WOT. Thanks, Malcom
