Default questions about fuel trims at idle

guys im just curious what your long terms are at for idle engine speeds. dont know if mine are too far off and if it may be effecting my fuel economy or making my engine stumble. every once in a while i can feel the motor kick a little at idle and have to jump back up. i have a new predator tune in now and so far so good but my idel trims seem to be about -10 to -8% hows that sound? i dont think its too far off and the motor is runnign smoother now. before it was about -12% let me know, thanks guys
