Default Spare PCM for frost tuning

I want to get a spare PCM to send out to frost for an email tune. I found a PCM at the junkyard out of a 99 z28. Would the pcm work fine with my car and be ok to send in to get tuned? My car is a 99 trans am.

ya but look at his site he has them tested, bead blasted and new seals on the PCMs for $105 cannot beat it then just order the tune on it and your one and done.

That is unless you are getting a used PCM for 50 bucks byt the time you add your time and gas to get it, getting a good sized box and paying shipping to frost the $105 pencils pretty quick. Just no mounting bracket
