00 a4 PCM to 99 m6 car

I got the itch to take my 346 turbo 350 out of my 00 and put it my 99 hugger m6 car could I just change the PCM what's all involved for this swap thanks for all info

I would like to take motor, th350, ECM out of 2000 a4 car and put it in my 1999 m6 car
