Default How to log AFR with wideband and HPT

New to all this, I have a standard HPT and a AEM Wideband.
I have the wideband hooked up to my EGR wire.
What do I do next to log the AFR ?
Thanks

Started on this last night, got to download the excel spreadsheet today.
How do I get the tuner to read the Wideband using the ERG wire.
I read step by step, but didn't see anything about converting the EGR to read
The Wideband.

We'll we tried, can't get it to read.
But, first time we had the tuner up and running, pretty cool!
Going to be fun when we learn how to use this thing.
Rene', my wife, is doing all this for me. Hell she even changes the plugs for me. LOL!

After you get it wired up you will have to enable the EGR in the tune. Before you change a thing, do a read entire of the stock tune and save the file several safe places and an extra on a flash drive off site somewhere, maybe a copy on Google drive. When you change the tune do a write calibration, not write entire unless you are changing ECU operating systems.

I used the EGR input on my '02 WS6 and it worked well once set up properly.

Works great on my '91 GTA with a 402ci LS2 running a '98 LS1 PCM and harness along with an LC1 wideband.

Basically you feed your wideband's 5volt signal back through the EGR wire to the PCM, enable the EGR, create a custom PID, and go from there. I'd have to look up more details, let me know if you can't figure it out.

Yeah, I got it wired up to the EGR signal wire.
Don't know if we created a custom PID .
Going to the track tonite for some shakedown runs. And to log some runs.
We'll get it figured out.
I appreciate all y'all help.

I think I got one run logged last night. Haven't pull it up yet.
But best run was a 10.11 @ 131xx. Bouncing off the rev limiter around the 1200' mark.
7500 rev limiter, guess I need to bump it up some. LOL.

Best advice of the day. Save your stock calibration to several different medias

When I take my own cars out for a cruise and if I make a change to the calibration, I date the tunes 01/01/2014 A, 01/01/2014 B, 01/01/2014 C, so I know which change I like better and not figure out what I did after 10 changes.
