Default idle surging real bad lok at my tune for me

this is my tune and log,2001 Camaro 408 tfs245 heads tsp244/248 cam fast102/102 a4 11.2 compression tsp 17/8 headers

Check out your O2 sensor reading B2, it is not oscillating.

a bad sensor

have you looked or messed with over/under steer?

my experience with surging has been a rich mixture. I can't see your tune here at work but I would put it in OL and look at the afr and get that right first.
