Default Help needed 99+ F-body wiring harness

So I am having trouble with random tps issues that will cause high idle, glowing headers ect..... I did a continuity test on the ground wire from the tps to the pcm and found that I have continuity on several other pins then the wiring diagram indicates.

Can anyone with a 99+ harness sitting on a bench or in a car right now that can run a continuity test on a few wires for me? it would be helpful if the harness is as close to stock as possible.

Red Side #36 (Brown wire)

Blue Side #20 (Orange Wire)

Blue Side #42 (Drk green)

Blue Side #57 (Orange)

Blue Side #60 (Black)

The orange wires go to the batt. Hot at all times.
The Dk Green wire is fan relay control
The black wire is TPS.

The brown wire is air pump relay.

Not sure why you are measuring those or exactly what you mean by continuity?

Yeah I looked at the pinout and what they go to which makes this even more bizzar.

continuity? it lets you know that circuits are continuous or complete, allowing current to
flow. Good wires and closed circuits have good continuity. Blown circuits and open wires have no continuity. Looks like .))) on your ddm.

What I need to know is why when I touch the black wire on the tps connector and all those other pins (besides#60) why they show like there connected to that ground when according to all diagrams that should only run to the PCM. But before I tear this harness apart or replace it I just want to be sure this is not normal. I believe this is the reason why I get .60v at idle from that ground wire and it's effecting my tune and idle.
