ok guys did a ls swap in a 1983 malibu.5.3 out a 2007 tahoe th350 trans, psi harness,stock ecm with vats deleted stock motor.the problem is the cel is on code po102 mass air flow reads 0.00 with key on not running and 0.08 with the car running i can unplug it with the car running and the reading is the same 0.08.3 new mass air flow meter and they all reading the same can any body help me im stuck.

Check the harness to the MAF??

You need to be looking at the frequency of the MAF signal output not the voltage.
