Default Hp tuner how to change my fuel/air

Guy's I for get how to change the settings to get my wide band to be at 13.0 and how do I change the timing. Its a 2000 t/a ls1. Its been awhile since I changed anything using HP TUNERS.

That is a VERY broad question. You should probably read a few of the tutorials folks have put up on the HPTuners forum.

First rule of see-saw: "fat kid wins".

That is, there are several power enrichment actors.
PCM always picks the richest of the valid options.
These include EQ vs ECT vs MAP, and PE vs RPM,
as well as COT (Cat OverTemp protection). You
enter the first two through PE enable logic. COT
can come on later and mess you up, I set COT to
the same value as intended enrichment (my cats
sit safely in the shed and don't need much protecting).

But before you go and get all excited about that,
you want to look at how well delivered AFR matches
commanded. And get it tight, because otherwise
what difference does it make, what you tell it?

the title says fuel/air and you want to change the timing?

To be fair timing does affect AFR.
