ls1 to 5.3 I had to swap my ls1 since is doesn't like water in the cylinder. Im throwing a junkyard 5.3 in, question is will I need to tune right away? Or can I drive it a little. This is for a stock 01 z28 a4. Pretty much just swapping long blocks.
