Switched to 2 bar OS car wont run at all!

Switched to 2 bar OS car wont run at all! This is in a 98 C5 that I repinned for the 99+ PCMs Its a 5.3 with a 78mm, 60lb injectors, cobalt MAP. Cannot get the car to run it spudders while cranking but nothing else. I see that KPA on 2 bar map is around 140-150 range that seems off to me but dont know how to change that. Tune and cranking log are attached. Been trying everything thing i can think of with no luck. any help is greatly appreciated.

First things first. Get rid of half those PIDs. Way to much crap your trying to log that doesn't need to be logged. It only slows it down. Next remove the MAP SAE as you have a 2 bar. I'm assuming you're also not running a MAF? If so remove that too.
My 2 bar never reads that high starting or idling and I run the Cobalt sensor too.
Also don't understand why your narrowbands are set at 451 across the board. Honestly I'm no expert but that tune is all kinds of jacked up. Your car must hate it's timing table.
I've got a tune I could send you with 60# injectors for a centri blower I got from a dyno tune. Not saying it's perfect but you could start the car with it so long as your MAP sensor isn't fucked.
