98 c5 long tube headers 230/224 cam borla stingers I had it tuned with ls1 edit by TEA but since then I have added a ls6 intake a ported TB and I also removed the cats and added an x-pipe do you guys think the o2 sensors can handle it or do I need a new tune also since its a 98 I can use an adj fuel press regulator would this be OK since my fuel curve is already right and how much power do u think I might pick up from the things I have added thanks

Tuning will always bring the most out of your performance upgrades.
The PCM will compensate for the extra goodies, but only in part-throttle conditions. At WOT, the PCM reads from a preset program. Your PCM is currently tuned to run on the stock TB and LS1 intake manifold. WOT air/fuel ratio may be off slightly and could most likely benefit from a new tune.
I would suggest checking the WOT A/F ratio on a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor. Should only cost about $50 and you would know if the A/F ratio was off enough to warrant a new PCM tune.
