2 codes pop up have no clue??

Default 2 codes pop up have no clue??
So I was going to get 00 Trans Am tested for its emissions and it did not pass due to a P0118 -Engine Coolant temp sensor circuit high voltage- and C0550 -Electronic control malfunction-

What do I need to do to fix it or where can I go??

Cant live without driving my TA... Need some help please??

Change the engine coolant temp sensor, it's on the driver's side head near the front of the engine.
