Default need help, afr lean low, rich up top

i am trying to tune my car after i changed out the intake, injectors and maf. i scaled injectors and maf and now it is lean at idle ( pegs out wideband almost ) and up till around 2k or so. at wot from 4k or so on up it is now rich, around 12:0. tried changing my ve but that doesn't help. what is the best option, maybe rescaling injectors say add 10-15% down low and take some out up top.
it was fine before.i checked for vacuum leaks and even put on new intake gaskets.i am an idiot when it comes to tuning but i would rather try to get it right myself verses paying a **** ton for a dynotune. thanks for any help

You will need to put the correct injector data in for your injectors and then adjust your VE and MAF for fueling.

well i did but something is off. i put in ls3 injectors and rescaled for them. and i put in a lingenfelter 10x mm maf and used their table but it is out of whack now. i changed the ve table up to 2k i think up to 20% and it is still doing the same thing.i would have thought that much change would have made a difference. maybe i need to try changing the maf table some ?
i may just throw the other maf back on and rescale the table to see if that fixes my issue.that would narrow down what the problem is.
thanks for the help : )

Make sure that the A.I.R pump is disabled, as it will cause the wideband to read very lean at the lower RPM's.

well i put my old maf on and rescaled it back to where it was and it is still very rich up top. only thing changed now is the intake and injectors. wtf ? i have them scaled for 36 lbers which in the table it is 42 .xxx iirc.
about to get frustrated.
kinda dumb question, but would the map sensor being up front now compared to in the back make any difference ?i am looking like a fool with this thing
