Default Timing Tuning

Just switched my car to flexfuel and took it to the dyno last night. It picked up about 20HP just from running E60. However, it gained about 30HP when I added a degree of timing. Now here is my dihlema, keep increasing the timing until power drops off or leave it alone? I pulled a plug and really couldn't get a good read on it as far as timing on the strap was concerned but I may try again for a better reading. The AFR was .70 lambda and timing was 18 degrees from 5500-redline on the pull that gained power. The car is an M6 with a P1 procharger (10 psi) and 70 shot of nitrous. What do you guys think?
