P0120 P2135 Issues

P0120 P2135 Issues Need to run this past some experts.
I have a 95 Silverado, with a low miles 05 5.3/4L60E in it. Running an 06 model year PCM, but 05 Pedal and TAC module as well as 05 TB.
For the past 3 years I have chased reduced power issues. For nearly a year the truck ran perfectly Dad was able to put about 6k miles on it, then the issue returned.
At that point I started to swap components with another 05 truck. To date, I have swapped the throttle body, I have tried a different TAC module, issue returns after 1k miles. Purchased a new Pedal to TAC harness from EFI connection, problem came back with in a 1k miles.
Is it possible that I have a mismatch PCM to Pedal/TAC? I'm ready to yank all of the DBW harness out and replace it with a cable harness and TB. Any help would be appreciated!
