Ls1 swap - car starts with tps disconnected only

Default Ls1 swap - car starts with tps disconnected only
I check the voltage and shows 0.6 volts and 4.5 at WOT.

Car will not run with TPS connected.

Any ideas?

which wire? do you have a 5 volt and a ground?

Maybe the tps was pinned wronged on the harness?

yes have 5 volts and a ground - Car started and ran with prior LS1 swap.
