Default Help with reading a log run

I log a few runs acouple of weeks ago, really don't know how to read them.
I can pull up a few things, but still lost.
I'm interested in seeing where my rpm's fall back to after my shifts.
I can post the runs on here, if anyone wants to take a look at them.
Thanks

What format? I can take a look at a log file from HPTuners.

It's HPT, not sure about format.
I'll find out, not a computer whiz. LOL.
