Hi, can anyone give me some info on what I will need to flash PCM's @ home? I usually deal with truck engines 99-07 and would like to flash PCM's in order to remove Vats and change some options in there like emmisions, tire height, axle ratio.. etc etc, any help will be appreciated, thx!

If you are going to spend some money you may as well get the best you can afford. I use HP tuner pro. EFI live is good also.
