Default Nw 102 tb issues

After getting my car back off the dyno I had a issue with a intermittent high idle once stopped it went away. It got to the point it did this every time the car rolled. I swapped the tsp and it never came off of 1600 testing the tps percent I was at 23 percent. Replaced it and same thing. ( same brand). I then put on a old 150k mile tps sensor and the car will only occasionally hang idle. Anybody ever had this problem. It's like the tb was bottoming out that brand of sensor. I could loosen the tps screws and it would go back to zero. Is it possible it's intermittently doing this with the old ac delco. Anybody else had this problem

Have you done a TPS relearn?

-unplug TPS sensor
-turn key on (don't start car) for 30 seconds
-turn key off
-plug sensor back in

If that doesn't do it, you need to check the voltage at the sensor and elongate the holes and adjust accordingly.

Drive by cable I'm guessing.

Make sure the blade is physically going to zero. I know if I remove my tb cable and when I put it back on, sometimes the cable gets stuck. So all I do is lightly pull the cable towards the rear of the car to get it back to the correct position. Worth a try. Maybe yours is sticking. Look at the routing of the cable.
