Default LS6 Injector Data

My current setup has the FAST 36lb injectors which I put in to use with e85. Now I don't see myself ever needing these injectors so I'm switching them out for some LS6 injectors. The problem I'm having is that the only data I can find on the LS6 injectors are for older ECMs. I need data for the e67 ECM.

Mainly I need these tables:

Injector Flow Rate vs. Pressure Delta
Injector Offset vs. Pressure Delta vs. IGNV
Short Pulse Limit
Short Pulse Adder
Minimum Injector Pulsewidth
And any other tables that I may need for swapping these injectors.

what motor setup are you running? If its whats in your sig ls6 injectors will be wayyyy to small. what injectors came in the car stock? i would get those and then pull a stock tune from the hptuners repository and copy the tables

It's a 5.3l LS4. The stock injectors were 28.3lbers and I would use them except I would need spacers with them. I had the LS6 injectors in there before I switched to a FAST intake, 90mm TB, and LS7 MAF. They worked really nicely and my tuner even said my current injectors were way overkill for my build currently (At WOT I'm only pulling 25% duty cycle). But since I have HPTuners now I'd rather tune for the injectors myself than spend a couple hundred having him do it.

Ahhh. No. Don't do it. E85 and the mods you listed...maybe 500 crank HP? That's 39lb injectors minimum! 44lb injectors if max duty cycle is 80%. And on gas at 80%, that calls for 34lb minimum. LS6 injectors are 28.8lb, so you'd be more than maxed out by doing that. So, don't.

I'm not going with e85 is why I'm wanting to switch back to my LS6 injectors. Prior to running these injectors I had my LS6 injectors in with my heads, cam, and LS6 intake and still had injector left (Only making 350whp, FWD sucks :/). Anyway if I can't find the data for it I'll just keep my current injectors I guess.

I can pull 20-30% out of my 50lb injectors on stock cam and 4500ft altitude. Your tuner cant possibly have your numbers right on a heads cam 5.3. Post your tune and a scan if you can

Fyi just cause the injector is bigger dosent mean youll use more fuel if your injector data is correct. Im up to flex fuel 50lbs injectors on e85 with no driveability hits. And ls4 injectors are the same lb/hr rating as the ls6. (28) ish. Only real diffrnce is offset and short pulse

Lol nice seeing you in here. I don't have any current scans. And I'm not worried about using more fuel. It's just I have no need for these injectors and there's no injector data out there on them that I can find at least so I'm sure they're not tuned correctly. Which is why I wanted to switch back to an OEM injector where there's actual data for them. But I guess no one has put LS6 injectors on to a car with a newer ecu...

But yeah, normal cruising I'm around 2%-3% duty cycle on just ethanol free 91. I can get a scan and my current tune to you later this week along with any other information you need.

So you want LS6 injector tables extrapolated for E38/E67...?

If you're going to run NA then it is easy, you just need to map the IFR and voltage correction data from VAC 0-80 kPa to deltaMAP 400-480 kPa... the other tables are easy.
