Car is a 98 t/a with hptuners

Am I getting way less mpg than I should on my car. nothing major done. not sure if compression starting to go maybe... we dyno tuned it perfect 12.2-12.6 a/f ratio. 160k miles on bottom end, stock etc to my knowledge. 243 LS2 heads, 02-04 LS6 cam, 78MM fast intake, stock injectors at 93% when hitting rev limiter. 4.10 gears. At best I get maybe 260ish to a tank if on highway. Fairly normal? Car was also dynoed in Cali on there hippie *** 91 gas. no ses lights, copper core plugs. makes 392whp/386wtq. all valvetrain is OE. heads, rocker, pushrods came off a goat with 16k miles.
