Default where does the purple wire go?

this is a 98 pcm and engine

I am doing a swap and need to know where the purple wire on the passenger side goes. it is in the sam sleeve as the O2 sensor wire , crankshaft position sensor and low oil sensor ( i think thats what it is) , it has a ring clamped on the end of it and kinda looks like a ground wire but its purple. does it maybe go on the starter?

Also the harness that goes from the battery to the starter and alternator- there are 2 wires around the alternator , does both go on the alternator or is one a ground?

the large purple wire with a single large weather pack connector, is the starter wire, but it should be much larger than a o2 sensor wire.

it is a considerable bit differance it looks to be between a 8-10 guage wire. ive tracked it back but appears to go into the harness that runs behind the engine and not to the pcm

It goes on the little stud on your starter. The big red one is the power, the purple wire is the ignition switch.
