New tb, high idle, can I tune it down?
I installed a 90mm tb, idle set screw is all the way out but still idles around 2000. I can hold the throttle closed with my hand and it will idle around 1000, but it sticks. Any way I can use HP Tuners to idle it down?

Its on my 02 Firehawk. You actually email tuned it for an MS3 cam and headers. I just installed Trick Flow heads, FAST 90, a direct port setup, and an el cheapo Procomp 90mm throttle body. The IAC was fine before, idled fine. I checked for vacuum leaks but didnt find any. Like i said i can hold the throttle blade closed with my hand with force and it will idle fine. I didnt have my laptop with me so i couldnt scan it. The car is at my buddys shop 3 hrs away, so I'll have to scan it next time I go back. I do have HP Tuners.

The air is coming in somewhere - either the IAC or a vacuum leak.
You might try am IAC Idle relearn:

Next I would check the TPS voltage. IIRC with the throttle closed it needs to be between .25 and .50 volts or the PCM gets confused. If you have to adjust the TPS, go throught the relearn again.
