I've thrown this code a few times since LT/ORY install, it will clear and stay gone for a while then pop up a few weeks later. I've done some googling but wondering what you guys on here have seen in the past as most common causes.

P015A-P015D didn't show up until the 2013 model year. They've seem to set on every 2013 I've tuned with LT headers. I just turn all 4 codes off. There are still plenty of DTCs enabled keeping tabs on the front O2s.
