Tuners ? 58 tooth reluctor?

Can a 58 tooth reluctor ring be used on a 24 tooth ls1 system when you tune it?

Is there a setting in the program that allows you to switch it when you flash the PCM with efi live?

You can not just change a table and make it work. Your only option besides changing the reluctor wheels on the crank is to run the converter box from lingenfelter.
