Well, we finally got the trans problems sorted out... Tuner downloaded the Hptuners 2.25 beta program which has the segment swapper tool built in. We found a stock tune file for a 2002 Silverado that came with a 4L80e and did the segment swap and voila...! Trans shifts like a stock car, lockup engages perfectly, downshifts are like butter...

And the best part is the WOT shift points finally work...! Just wanted to thank everyone for their help... This was the first auto swap tune for myself and the tuner so I'm glad it got figured out...
