Default Upping Base Fuel Pressure Question

Got a quick question, Say i have my fuel pressure set at 58 psi, and i wanted to up it to say 65. What in my injector setting would need to be changed? maybe my minds not working right tonight but i cant think.... Thanks!

You have to multiply the IFR table by sqrt(65/58).

Right. Notice that it is NOT just 65 divided by 58, but the square root of that division. So while you increased the pressure by about 12%, the flow only goes up by about 6%.

This is a simple way to get a bit more flow out of maxed-out injectors. But don't overdue it or you will have leaks or other problems. Also keep in mind that the flow rate of fuel pumps actually goes down as pressure goes up.

For example, the common Walbro 255 fuel pump can supply 61 GPH at 60psi, but only 57GPH at 70psi. Some pumps drop off even faster.

I'm sure someone knows what the max flow rate or equivalent HP the stock F-body pump can deliver.
