Default newbie question

So im about to finish up an engine swap, stock ls1 to a stock lq4 with all the appropriate accessories swaped to the lq4. Using hp tuners I know you can adjust the cylinder volume in the computer. Since this is a stock for stock swap if I adjust that in the computer will the computer be able to make the rest of the adjustments or no?

Again this will be my first time using hp tuners and really just want to be able to get the car running for the summer so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

No, you still have to adjust each and every other variable yourself. Cylinder volume is used to determine cyl_air in speed density.
