Default Emissions - DTC

I have a standalone swap where the wires for the emissions components are removed from the harness.

The PCM now throws codes for:

Rear o2-sensors
AIR
EVAP

Will these DTC's affect how the engine runs (limp mode etc.) or are they just for informative purposes?

Those codes will not cause any issues. It would be better ( more convenient ) to have those items tuned out so those DTC's don't clutter things up. If the codes constantly set, you may not be able to get any Freeze Frame data ( depending on your scanner ) for a DTC that really is a problem. Just food for thought..

Thanks, I will leave them alone for the time beeing since they don't affect how the engine runs.
