here a little detail, 1991 mustang with lq4, ls3 heads, ls3 intake, pat g cam, ls1 wirring, 99 transam a4 wirring and computer, tuned sd, i am pretty new to tuners but have learned the basics, the car has been together for a few years (last year was stock ls1 with a stalled 60e and some gas), bought the engine with the tune, it was tuned before with a t56, i touch up the tune for the 4l60e and have been driving it daily for a while until last week, i just swap the 4l60e to a t56 two days ago. now the problem, the car runs great cold, but as soon as it warms up and the b1/b2 lt1/lt2 come in the car starts missing and loading up here a copy of a log i just did can someone help me or point me in the right directon
