1999 Silverado Passlock woes I am so tired of my truck always not wanting to start because of passlock issues. Is there anyone that would be able to turn it off in the PCM if I send it to them. Truck hasn't started for 4 days and its quite frustrating. Could any of the mail order tuners do just that?
